Term and Condition

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between [Educational Institute Name], hereafter referred to as "the Institute," and the enrolled student, hereafter referred to as "the Student."

Admission and Enrollment:

1.1. Admission to programs offered by the Institute is subject to meeting specified academic requirements and completion of the enrollment process.

1.2. The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant deemed ineligible or unfit for enrollment.

Fees and Payment:

2.1. Tuition fees, registration fees, and other charges are payable in accordance with the payment schedule provided by the Institute.

2.2. Failure to settle outstanding fees may result in the withholding of academic records or suspension of enrollment privileges.

2.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Institute's refund policy.

Academic Policies:

3.1. Students are expected to adhere to the Institute's academic regulations, including attendance requirements, assessment procedures, and academic integrity standards.

3.2. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

Program Curriculum:

Facilities and Services:

Rights and Responsibilities:

6.1. The Institute reserves the right to suspend or expel students for conduct detrimental to the Institute's reputation or interests.

6.2. Students have the right to express concerns or grievances through established channels in accordance with the Institute's policies.

Code of Conduct:

7.1. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner conducive to learning, demonstrating respect for faculty, staff, fellow students, and the Institute's community.

7.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

Intellectual Property Rights:

8.1. Students retain ownership of intellectual property created independently outside of Institute activities.

8.2. Intellectual property developed in the course of Institute-sponsored activities may be subject to the Institute's policies on ownership and use.

Health and Safety:

9.1. Students are responsible for their own health and safety and are expected to comply with health and safety regulations as specified by the Institute.

9.2. The Institute will provide appropriate support and assistance in the event of emergencies or health-related issues.

Privacy and Data Protection:

10.1. The Institute collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

10.2. Personal information provided by students will be used for administrative, academic, and communication purposes only.

By enrolling in the Institute, the Student agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional policies or regulations established by the Institute. The Institute reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected parties.
